Items must be returned in their original condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened personal care products (e.g., makeup tools, bathroom items)

  • Customized or personalized items

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
